By accessing or using AllFame (allfame.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. AllFame reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

DESCRIPTION OF Service

AllFame is a free, ad-supported sports analytics platform that provides Hall of Fame probability scores (HOF Scores) for active professional athletes across MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and other sports. The Platform includes player profiles, leaderboards, milestone tracking, player comparisons, score history, and The Fame Report newsletter.

AllFame is not a gambling or betting platform. HOF Scores are for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not recommend, encourage, or facilitate sports betting. If you choose to use our data in connection with gambling activities, you do so entirely at your own risk. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER.

INTELLECTUAL Property

The AllFame name, logo, HOF Score algorithm, content, design, and code are the intellectual property of AllFame. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without written permission.

Player statistics displayed on AllFame are sourced from publicly available data. AllFame is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, NASCAR, F1, or any sports league, players' association, or Hall of Fame institution. All team names, player names, and league trademarks belong to their respective owners.

USER Conduct

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from AllFame without written permission
• Use AllFame data to create competing products or services
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the HOF Score algorithm
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Use AllFame for any unlawful purpose

LIMITATION OF Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllFame and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to any decisions made based on HOF Scores or other data provided on AllFame.

GOVERNING Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
